MQB 5C All Keys Lost & Module Replacement

It is the world’s first solution for All Keys Lost (AKL) and spare key programming for MQB Immo 5C vehicles without requiring synchro bytes or dealer-level information to prepare a dealer key.
The functionality supports vehicles where the immobiliser data is integrated into the instrument cluster and works with both VDO and JCI dashboards equipped with CryptoCore RH850 MCUs.
VN025 also enables supported ECU and TCU replacement procedures for MQB Immo 5C vehicles.

Key Programming
VN025 allows key programming for supported MQB Immo 5C vehicles equipped with HiTag PRO keys, including situations where no working key is available.
No previously saved synchronisation data or dealer-level information is required to prepare the dealer key.

*ZN085 RH850/V850 Programmer and CB503 are required when working with supported OEM keys.

ECU and TCU Replacement
VN025 also provides the immobiliser data required for supported ECU and TCU replacement procedures on MQB Immo 5C vehicles.

Compatibility
VN025 supports MQB Immo 5C vehicles from the Volkswagen Group, including Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda and SEAT models based on the MQB49 platform.
Typical supported vehicles are produced approximately between 2019 and 2026 and feature:
