Abrites products can also be ordered worldwide through our distribution network where specific conditions may apply for your country or be applied by a distributor.

The products offered by Abrites Ltd. on this website or through our distribution network are intended solely for use within the client’s professional or business activities. These products are highly specialized, requiring a specific level of professional knowledge, skills, and experience for proper and safe use. Consequently, Clients are explicitly categorized as Professional Clients in their relations with Abrites Ltd., as outlined in the License Agreement.
- Ordering and Payments
Placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products and services under these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Prices are listed in euro and may be subject to indirect taxes, e.g. VAT charge, shipping costs and other charges. Payments can be made using Stripe methods, PayPal or bank transfer.
- Product Availability and Delivery
Hardware products availability is subject to change without notice.
We aim to fulfil orders in a promptly manner and delivery times are estimated. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
The allocation of shipping costs is contingent upon the terms specified in our offer, and the party assuming the cost of shipping also bears the associated risk of loss or damage during transit.Software products are electronically delivered at the utmost speed possible following order approval.
We prioritize a seamless provisioning process and work diligently to expedite order processing, enabling our customers to receive their products on time. - Returns and Refunds
Upon delivery, you are advised to promptly inspect the hardware products for any damages or discrepancies.
If such issues are identified, notify Abrites immediately at info@abrites.com and complete the 'Standard Return/Exchange Form’.
Declining to receive goods results in delivery and return costs borne by the buyer, alongside additional expenses, if any, like customs fees.
Abrites reserves the right to withhold a refund less any costs until receiving the product in its original condition.
The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, who, upon refusal of delivered goods, accepts liability for associated expenses, including taxes and fees.Orders placed for software products and services may not be refused after payment has been made.
In some circumstances we may amend your order as per your request. This may result in a partial refund or a request for additional payment. - Warranty and Support
Hardware products are covered by a limited warranty, the details of which are provided within the product description. Software support services are outlined separately in our support policy.
Abrites offers a two-year warranty for certain hardware products. In case of defects within this period, you should contact Abrites at info@abrites.com or the authorized distributor, providing the purchased interface’s ID and defect details. Following analysis, Abrites determines the appropriate solution: online repair, interface return for repair, or replacement. Warranty becomes void if the product appearance is altered or self-repaired without Abrites consent or explicit recommendation; used in an unfamiliar environment or at a different voltage than specified; affected by personal computer/tablet malfunctions, or if usage/storage instructions are not followed.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and services at any time.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our products and services, including software licenses, are retained by Abrites as outlined in the License agreement.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Abrites shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of Abrites products.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes between you and Abrites, shall be governed exclusively by the Bulgarian Law, disregarding conflict of laws principles.
- Modification of Terms
Abrties reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Unauthorized use of trademarks or logos is prohibited without prior written consent. Abrites provides information in good faith but disclaims responsibility for accuracy, completeness, or timely updates of the content.
