KEY PROGRAMMING, DASHBOARD EXCHANGE AND CALIBRATION FOR JCI MQB (2012-2014) WITH EXTERNAL EEPROM MADE EASY!
The easiest way to calibrate a JCI MQB dashboards with external EEPROM (95128) is here!
With the latest version of the ABRITES Diagnostics for VAG vehicles online 35.0, and using the ABRITES RH850/V850 Programmer ZN085, you can easily connect to the module and work with it. In a matter of minutes, you can:
-
Program keys
-
Exchange dashboards
-
Calibrate dashboards
In order to complete the mileage procedures, you have to take the dashboard out of the car and reveal its PCB. Follow the wiring diagram for this dashboard type, available in the ABRITES software menu for the RH850/V850 Programmer. Remove the required number of capacitors and connect the CB501 wires as shown in the diagram. Once you are done with the setup, start the procedure for calibration with reading the PCB’s MCU:
Press “Read MCU”
The great thing about this procedure is that you get automatic backup! When the module is read, the software autosaves a .json file on your computer (in your interface’s folder, shown in the yellow field). In case something happens during the writing procedure – drop in charge, compromised connection, etc; the backup file can be used to repair and restore the dashboard. If you need to restore the module, first load the file, then press the “Repair” button, and you are done!
Edit the value and press "Write MCU"
After the reading is complete, simply write the correct mileage value and press the "Write MCU" button. The whole procedure will be done in a few minutes!
Dashboard calibration made incredibly easy! In a few simple steps and a few clicks, you get a successfuly dashboard mileage calibration.
No additional procedures in the car, via diagnostics, or using other tools! Only AVDI, ABRITES RH850 Programmer and the designated software!
When key programming is needed, the software will show you where to go in the menu to successfully complete the procedure. The backup file is used in these situations!
Make sure you have the VN002 Parts adaptation license for key programming and dashboard exchange procedures, as well as the VN007 Odometer MQB (2012-2016) for mileage calibration in the dash. Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS) must be active to access the latest updates of your AVDI’s software!
