ABRITES hardware products are designed to help users in every automotive related task in their everyday work, or keen enthusiasts, when working on their vehicle.
In order to achieve compatibility with a wide variety of vehicle brands, we have developed additional cables and adapters for ABRITES hardware.
ZN035 is an ABRITES connectivity solution, part of our Additional Cables And Adapters range.
The ZN038 is a diagnostic adapter designed, developed and produced by Abrites. It allows access to the ABS (Anti Lock Brakes), HALF (Haptical Lane Feedback), ESL (Electronic Steering Lock), ORC (Occupant Restraint), EPS (Electric Power Steering), PAM (Parking Aid Module) present in Fiat 500x and Jeep Renegade vehicles via CAN connection.
The ZN038 may be required in order to perform proxy alignment procedures in FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) vehicles. An on-screen message will inform you if the adapter is necessary.

The MSD/MSV bench connection cable set is required when reading the ISN of MSD/MSV ECUs in BMW vehicles by means of a bench connection. The software automatically recognises the ECU type and lets the customer know that they will need to read it on bench. Examples of such ECUs include MSD80, MSD81, MSD82, MSV81 and MSV82 (not used with MSV80 ECUs as the ISN is read by OBDII for it).
The new version ZN051 allows us to connect it clean between the AVDI and the OBD without having a bundle of cables hanging from the OBD while we are working and adding confusion and additional time to trace
what is connected where instead of spending more time to work on the car. In addition the fuse relay is now built into the Abrites Distribution Box and its work can also be monitored by the built-in LED.
Using the ZN051 we also open the door for many new features. It allows us to work easily with boot mode on EDC17/ MED17 boot mode for the Abrites diagnostics for VAG and others as well.
The distribution box now also includes the option to be updated so all new future functions and features will be available immediately.
In short our ZN041 evolved in a new neater and more convenient solution the features of which will expand beyond just the Abrites diagnostics for Mercedes.
You need to have active AMS to use the set.
