General Terms and Conditions for Training
These terms and conditions apply to training that will be provided by Abrites Ltd. for the purpose of teaching our Clients how to use the products we are offering on the market in their business activities.
Training Information on the Website:
Our website features user-friendly training selection filters to streamline your search. You can filter training sessions based on date, brands, topics, and location. On each training page, you will find comprehensive details, including a description, date, start time, duration, and language of the session. The information will specify whether the training is exclusively online or available in-person. The registration button facilitates easy sign-ups, with the added convenience of integrating the training details directly into your Google or Apple calendar. To accommodate varied schedules, options for multiple dates may be available if initial registration quotas are not met. Additionally, you'll find valuable details about the trainer or speaker leading the session, providing you with a well-rounded understanding of the upcoming training event.
Registration and Eligibility:
In order to enroll and participate in training, each Client should register on the website and provide information for their company or use their current registration if they are already an Abrites Client.
Please note that invitations to the event will be sent a couple of days in advance. If you choose to accept the invitation, please note that your email address will be visible to other participants. To keep your email address private, do not accept the invitation; instead, simply open the meeting link.
By participating in the training with your camera or microphone on, and by providing your personal name, you consent to the recording being used by Abrites and other participants for training, marketing, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be seen or heard, please turn off your camera and microphone, you may also use your company name instead of your personal name.
All ONLINE training sessions conducted by Abrites are recorded. By participating, you consent to Abrites and other participants using, distributing, displaying, and streaming these recordings for training, marketing, educational, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to use your personal name, provide your company or legal entity's name instead. Disable your camera and microphone if you do not wish to appear in recordings; questions can be submitted via the chat or Q&A section. Enabling your camera or microphone implies consent to the recording and distribution for the stated purposes.
Types of Training:
Training sessions may be categorized as either online or on-site.
Training sessions are paid unless explicitly promoted as open access.
Payment Methods and Conditions:
Paid training sessions can be paid through Stripe, PayPal, or Bank transfer.
VAT /Value Added Tax/ may apply depending on your domicile or training venue which will be included in the training fee.
The place for the training is considered reserved from the moment of receipt of a confirmation email.
Minimum Registered Participants:
The trainings are subject to a minimum number of participants, which will be specified in the announcement for the respective training. In the event that the minimum number of participants has not signed up, the training may be rescheduled or cancelled. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be made. In case of rescheduling, the amount will be refunded upon the Clients explicit request.
Group or Entity Discounts:
Participants registering as part of a group or through their affiliated entity may be eligible for discounts. Information on the amount of discounts will be announced for each training.
Email communications:
Enrollment Confirmation: Upon successful enrollment in a training program, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Approaching the Training Date: As the training date approaches, you will receive timely reminders to ensure you are well-prepared for the upcoming session.
One Day Before the Training: A reminder will be sent one day before the training date, providing any additional information and ensuring a smooth experience.
Post-Event "Thank You" Email: Following the training event, you will receive a "Thank You" email, expressing our gratitude for your participation and providing any relevant post-event information, as well as a survey on Client opinion on the service provided and suggestions for improving its quality.
These emails are designed to enhance your overall training experience and keep you informed at every stage. You can manage your communication preferences or unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to staying connected with us.
Intellectual Property:
All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, documentation, and any proprietary content provided during the training sessions, are the exclusive intellectual property of our organization. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal and educational purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights. We appreciate your respect for intellectual property and adherence to these terms.
Modification of Terms:
These terms and conditions are subject to modification, so it is advisable for Abrites Clients to monitor their contents regularly.
By registering for our training sessions, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
Abrites shall not be liable in the event that a Client has not made themselves aware of the amended contents of the Terms and Conditions.
