CONSENT DECLARATION FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA THROUGH A NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

By clicking the tick consent button I give my explicit and informed consent for ‘’Abrites’’ Ltd., a company duly registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register with UIC 131566638, with address at Sofia, Bulgaria, 147 Cherni Vrah Blvd., ("the Company"), In its capacity as a data controller, to process the following data:

  • Email;

for the following purposes:

Manage the process of sending newsletters with special offers, discounts, promo codes, news, and new features to consumers who have requested them.

By this declaration, I also confirm that:

  1. I am informed that the consent I give for the processing of my personal data is valid and constitutes a lawful basis for processing my personal data until it is explicitly withdrawn by me. I can exercise my right to withdraw this consent by submitting a request to the Company at the address provided above or via the following e-mail address – info@abrites.com.
  2. I am aware of the information provided under Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as my following rights: (i) the right of access my personal data; (ii) the right to request a rectification, modification, and updating of this data; (iii) the right to request restriction of its processing; (iv) the right to request that the Company erase (delete) or block my personal data, the processing of which does not comply with the requirements of the GDPR as well as to be notified third parties to whom this data has been disclosed of such deletion or blocking, except where this is impossible or requires disproportionate effort; and (v) the right to data portability and (vi) the right to object to the further processing of my personal data if there are legal grounds for doing so.
  3. I am aware that the provision of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is neither mandatory, nor a contractual requirement, nor a requirement necessary for the conclusion of a contract, and that I am not obliged to provide personal data for these purposes, and that there will be no consequences if I choose not to provide them.
  4. I agree that in my dealings with Abrites, the legal effect of the electronic signature shall be equated to that of a handwritten signature (including by ticking the consent form, etc.).
  5. I have the right to file objections and complaints regarding the processing of my personal data with the Commission for Personal Data Protection, which is the supervisory authority in Bulgaria, with its address at Sofia, 2 "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov" Blvd., and e-mail: kzld@cpdp.bg.
