The ABRITES Support Plan is an annual subscription which provides a 12-month access to the ABRITES ticketing system.
By having an active Support Plan, the customer has the right to open tickets and have a direct access to our dedicated technical support team for our customers with the sole aim to make the use of our products as easy and user-friendly as possible.
The Support Plan Service guarantees problem analysis, detection of underlying issues and finding solutions to the issues our customers might face. It also allows for better issue tracking and shorter response times with the initial response on behalf of ABRITES guaranteed to be in up to 24 hours from the ticket submission.
